Organizational Trust Scale® Certification Program

The Reina® Organizational Trust Scale® Certification program is an advanced, master-level training certification event for experienced organizational development and culture-change professionals, and experienced Reina-certified Team Trust Scale (TTS)® practitioners. Completion of this program enables you to gain the Reina® Certified Trust Building® Practitioner credentials, and certifies you to use the Reina® Organizational Trust Scale® Assessment in your practice.
The Reina® Foundations of Trust (FOT)® program sessions are required for any Reina® Assessment Certification and is included in the tuitions & fees of any single or combination enrollment of the Trust Scale® certification modules (a $995.00 USD value).
Successful Completion of the Reina® Team Trust Scale (TTS)® program is a pre-requisite for application acceptance into the Reina® Organizational Trust Scale (OTS)® Assessment Certification program.
About the Organizational Trust Scale (OTS)®
The Reina® Organizational Trust Scale (OTS)® assessment is the foremost, globally-recognized assessment that measures the level of trust within an organization, business division, function or similar large groups. The statistically-validated multi-rater instrument equips organizational leadership with the understanding of how members of the organization &mdash both employees and management — perceive the level of trust across their behaviors. The assessment provides actionable insights into the behaviors that members across the organization or division collectively practice that build trust, cause trust to become vulnerable within the organizational culture, or break down entirely. The composite feedback results address the behaviors that impact organization-specific challenges such as:
- The impact of trust behaviors and culture on organization initiatives and the resulting impact on schedule and budget;
- The current culture’s impact on whether the company is prepared and able to manage change;
- The specific behaviors that, when shifted, dramatically improve working relationships and organization-wide collaboration, and reduce workplace toxicity;
- The step-by-step action plan the organization should follow to optimally leverage strengths, address vulnerabilities, and measureably improve workplace trust, employee engagement, performance, and talent retention; and
- The behavioral levers to reinforce an organizational culture of inclusion, equity, and diversity.
The assessment consists of 54 multiple-choice questions and three open-ended questions. Segmentation of the data is available to support leadership’s consideration of the levels of trust in specific demographics, roles, levels, geographies, and populations within and across the organization.
